We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region.
We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI.

What You’ll Do
Visual Creation & Execution
- Lead the creation of UK-focused visual assets across marketing campaigns, social, web, and digital advertising (static + motion)
- Translate creative briefs into bold, conversion-focused visuals
- Produce short-form motion content and static assets that elevate brand presence
- Support UK product marketing with clear, benefit-driven visuals
Collaboration & Optimization
- Collaborate closely with UK content, video, and performance marketing teams
- Analyze performance data to iterate, improve, and scale high-performing visual directions
- Balance pixel-perfect execution with scalable brand thinking
- Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all outputs

Tools, Systems & Innovation
- Utilize AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to enhance ideation and speed up production
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of UK brand templates and visual systems
- Stay ahead of UK design, motion, and AI trends to keep visually competitive.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, visual storytelling, and execution quality
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion workflows
- Experience with or strong curiosity about AI tools for creative production
- Strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and brand systems
- Ability to execute quickly and deliver under tight deadlines

- Experience producing short-form ads, social videos, or performance creatives
- Exposure to performance-driven design or high-growth startup environments
- Basic sound design or simple VFX skills
- Familiarity with templates, libraries, and scalable brand systems

Location Requirement
Based in the UK
Compensation Range
£35,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
