Lead HubSpot Consultant | Premier UK Solutions Partner
Location: Fully Remote (UK-Based Candidates Only)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Are you a HubSpot expert who thrives at the intersection of technical strategy and client partnership? We are representing a top-tier UK HubSpot Diamond Partner currently scaling their strategic delivery team.
This isn’t just a "delivery" role. As a Lead Consultant, you will be the strategic architect for a portfolio of high-value accounts. You’ll move beyond simply ticking off tickets, instead focusing on high-level roadmap orchestration, stakeholder influence, and driving measurable commercial growth for your clients.
The Mission
Your goal is to transform standard project delivery into long-term, indispensable partnerships. You will act as the "North Star" for your clients, ensuring that every technical implementation or campaign translates directly into business value.
Key Objectives
- Strategic Stewardship: Act as the primary partner for C-suite and senior stakeholders, turning their business goals into actionable HubSpot roadmaps.
- Commercial Growth: Identify "Land & Expand" opportunities, proactively spotting where a client could benefit from deeper platform integration or additional services.
- Orchestration: Lead a talented squad of Solutions Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring the technical work stays aligned with the overarching account strategy.
- Retention Excellence: Own the renewal lifecycle by consistently proving ROI through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly narratives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
