Lead Instructor - Reformer Pilates

About The Role

We are growing our Reformer Pilates offering at Third Space. This concept delivers intelligent, high-quality Pilates in a premium studio environment, designed to challenge, educate and inspire our members while staying true to Third Space standards.

Our instructors are the heartbeat of Group Exercise. As a Lead Instructor, your energy, expertise and presence will extend far beyond the studio, shaping the Reformer Pilates experience and contributing to the wider Group Exercise vision across the brand.

We are looking for a Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor to own and lead all aspects of our Reformer Pilates offering. This is a highly visible role for a confident, charismatic instructor who will become a familiar face within the club, working closely with the Group Exercise Manager and Master Trainer as an ambassador for our industry-leading Group Exercise programme.

This role plays a key part in the ongoing success of Reformer Pilates at Third Space, with involvement not only in teaching but also providing the best classes for our members, building and promoting our Reformer Pilates community. You’ll contribute to the wider club and help shape how Pilates is experienced across the club.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
