ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We’re driving strategic, high-impact change across our Intermediary Platform and wider organisation, and we’re looking for a Lead Integrator to lead and influence complex, multi-party implementations at scale. This is a critical leadership role that ensures seamless integration across Labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third-party suppliers. You’ll take ownership of managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring safe delivery of high-risk change initiatives.

If you excel in shaping delivery strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating complexity, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:

  • Lead integration strategy and oversee task sequencing aligned to the Lab and Group priorities
  • Own dependency management across multiple Labs, platforms, and external suppliers
  • Act as the senior interface between suppliers and executive-level stakeholders
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk implementations across internal and external parties
  • Coordinate shared infrastructure changes and ensure alignment with Group-wide governance
  • Provide strategic oversight for governance activities across multiple Labs
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery risks and blockers at senior forums

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
