JOB TITLE: Lead Integrator
SALARY: £78,098-£101,068
LOCATION: Edinburgh OR Leeds
HOURS: Full Time – 35 Hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid – at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in our Edinburgh office
About This Opportunity
We’re driving strategic, high-impact change across our Intermediary Platform and wider organisation, and we’re looking for a Lead Integrator to lead and influence complex, multi-party implementations at scale. This is a critical leadership role that ensures seamless integration across Labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third-party suppliers.
You’ll take ownership of managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring safe delivery of high-risk change initiatives. If you excel in shaping delivery strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating complexity, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:
- Lead integration strategy and oversee task sequencing aligned to the Lab and Group priorities
- Own dependency management across multiple Labs, platforms, and external suppliers
- Act as the senior interface between suppliers and executive-level stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk implementations across internal and external parties
- Coordinate shared infrastructure changes and ensure alignment with Group-wide governance
- Provide strategic oversight for governance activities across multiple Labs
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery risks and blockers at senior forums

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Integration Leadership – Extensive experience leading multi-party change initiatives at scale
- Strategic Stakeholder Management – Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners
- Delivery Expertise – Proven track record of managing high-risk, complex implementations
- Resilience and Composure – Skilled at operating in high-pressure environments with sound judgement
- FNZ Familiarity – Experience with FNZ platform or tech stack is highly desirable
- Leadership Skills – Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to deliver with excellence
