Who Are You?
BCG Platinion is seeking a Lead IT Architect with 10–15 years of experience in CRM and enterprise solutions to guide clients toward transformative digital journeys. As part of our fast-growing team, you'll be at the forefront of architectural strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership—driving adoption, ROI, and scalable business change.
What You’ll Do
As a Lead IT Architect (CRM & Enterprise Solutions), you’ll shape the future of client-specific CRM architectures and deliver high-impact transformations. Your responsibilities include:
CRM & Enterprise Strategy & Architecture
- Define business-aligned CRM strategies across sales, service, and marketing, optimizing customer journeys and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and recommend CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Zoho) based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Reimagine end-to-end CRM workflows (e.g., Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, Customer Support) through process innovation.
- Build compelling business cases, demonstrating measurable ROI and value for client transformations.
- Collaborate with clients to drive adoption, manage change, and align technical strategies with business goals.

Execution & Delivery Leadership
- Take end-to-end ownership of highly technical and complex modules within projects, including large-scale CRM implementations.
- Develop specialized expertise to address clients’ unique challenges, such as legacy system remediation and digital integrations.
- Begin to lead teams, mentor junior architects, and provide intellectual oversight on strategic recommendations.
- Support on-site implementations, blending technical rigor with business acumen in dynamic client environments.
- Formulate innovative digital and technology concepts for scaling forward, adhering to modern architecture patterns.
Client & Practice Growth
- Foster client relationships, contribute to project proposals, and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent BCG Platinion by showcasing leadership and technical excellence to potential clients and partners.
- Help shape the future of the Practice Area, strengthening BCG’s brand as a trusted advisor in CRM architecture.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a highly skilled, adaptive thinker with proven expertise in CRM technology and enterprise integration. Ideal candidates will have:
Technical & Professional Experience
- 10–15 years in IT architecture, with a deep focus on CRM in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Experience working with CRM leaders (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle) across sales, service, and marketing functions.
- Expertise in delivering complex CRM integrations, including:
- Data Lakes, ERP systems, analytics platforms and messaging systems.
- Commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Legacy system modernizations (e.g., strangler pattern, API effectiveness).
- In-depth knowledge of modern architecture patterns:
- CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and API-led integrations.
- Advanced integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven) and E2E process optimization.

Education & Certifications
- A university degree in a mathematical/scientific field, Information Technology, or Business Administration, with above-average academic performance.
- Preferred (not required): Industry certifications relevant to CRM, integration platforms, or cloud architecture.
