- Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only, plus 15 days' additional time
About the Lead Learning Manager Role
Are you an experienced leader ready to take strategic and operational ownership of student welfare and safeguarding?
As the Lead Learning Manager, you will:
- Manage the Learning Manager team
- Ensure high-quality support to maximise student attainment and life chances
- Hold the position of Child Protection Lead
- Champion positive mental health initiatives
- Coordinate multi-agency interventions for the most vulnerable young people
This is a senior inclusion role, critical to student well-being and safeguarding.
