Minko’s Macs

Minko’s Macs is a multi-branch Apple & PC specialist in London, recognised by the Prestige Awards as Best Computer Repair Company in London & South East England. We’re a tight, knowledgeable team obsessed with quality fixes, straight talk, and happy customers.

Tasks

This senior, hands-on position is for a self-starter who thrives on tough diagnostics, owns outcomes, and can run a store confidently and independently.

What you’ll do

  • Lead repairs end-to-end: diagnose, quote, repair, and QC complex Apple & PC issues (hardware + software).
  • Raise the bar: design efficient repair procedures to improve turnaround time and first-time-fix rates.
  • Coach the team: train and mentor junior techs; set standards and review workmanship.
  • Own the shop floor: open/close, manage parts & inventory, keep the lab organised, deliver great customer experience.
  • Champion customers: translate tech into plain English, set accurate expectations, and follow through.
  • Show our work: capture before/after wins and create authentic content for our socials.
  • Be flexible: cover other London branches when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
