## About the Role

## Responsibilities
You will lead a key store department and act as the senior figure on shift, ensuring:
- **Excellent service** for both customers and colleagues
- **Sales growth**, **high standards**, **safety**, and **compliance**
- **Process improvements** to enhance operational efficiency
- **Shop floor management**, coaching, and developing teams
- **Talent identification and management** to foster growth in your team
- **Engagement with Tesco products, services, and community involvement**
- **Smooth daily operations** by deploying the right people efficiently

Requirements
To excel as a Lead Manager, you should have:

- Previous leadership experience in retail or a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proven track record of:
- Team management
- Problem-solving
- Driving results
