LEAD MANAGER – SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT & THIRD PARTY RISK MANAGEMENT

THE TEAM

The Procurement Team at easyJet manages a significant portion of our total external spend, covering Customer, Operations, Commercial, Business, Corporate, Finance, People, and IT. We are a dynamic team focused on delivering value, supporting business growth, and ensuring our partners help us achieve our ambitions.

THE ROLE

This is a permanent role within the Procurement Operations team, responsible for shaping, embedding and continuously improving Supplier Management and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) across easyJet.

You will take ownership of finalising and evolving frameworks, translating policy into clear ways of working, and supporting the business through adoption and change.

A key focus will be on using the Ivalua platform to operationalise Supplier Management and integrate third party risk activity throughout the supplier lifecycle, while recognising that both process and tooling will continue to mature.

You will provide visibility and assurance to senior leaders, including the Airline Management Board and Audit Committee, ensuring supplier performance and risk are appropriately governed in line with regulatory expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience designing and embedding Supplier Management and/or Third Party Risk Management frameworks in a large organisation Strong experience applying risk-based, proportionate due diligence and ongoing supplier risk monitoring Experience translating policy and governance into practical, day to day ways of working Experience working with procurement or risk systems to support supplier lifecycle, governance or risk processes (e.g. Ivalua or similar) Experience providing governance, reporting and assurance to senior leadership or committees Strong experience working cross functionally with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance and Compliance Pragmatic, proportionate and commercially minded approach to risk and governance Comfortable working with ambiguity and iterating designs based on real world use Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating at senior and committee level Professional qualification or formal training in Procurement, Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, ESG or Sustainability-related disciplines is desirable Evidence of continued professional development in Supplier Management, Risk or Regulatory areas

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
