Based in Aldgate
Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. My client is interested in speaking with technically sound mechanical engineers to potentially join their team in Aldgate.
The Role
As a mechanical engineer, you will be working within a 2-man team, covering all mechanical maintenance on a high-end corporate building, both PPM and reactive. Being client facing is a must for this role.
You will be working on assets such as actuators, pressure sensors, heat exchangers, pumps, expansion vessels, extract fans, pressurisation units, air handling units and much more.

Your hours of work will be 08:00 – 17:00, working from Mon-Fri. There is a 1 in 4 call out, with standby being £100 (minimum 4 hours). There is a lot of overtime at this site as well which can really boost your total earnings.
Remuneration And Benefits
Our client has a great package on offer which is detailed below:
- 25x days annual leave + 8x bank holidays
- Birthday paid day off (if falls on weekend then get it the following week)
- 3 paid volunteer days (you are encouraged to take these!)
- Overtime is 1.5x Mon-Sun
- Allocated training allowance – meaning they will put you through qualifications and certificates, for example HVAP
- Holiday buy back up to 5x days
- 3%/5% pension

Qualifications & Experience
Our client is ideally seeking someone from an FM background, with a level 3 in either mechanical, plumbing or heating & ventilation.
