Lead/ Mid-Weight Creative
Sr. Creative Lead – AI-Focused Campaigns
Marketing & Technology • London (Hybrid)
Based in our dynamic London hub, we combine data, technology, creative excellence, and paid media to tackle brands’ biggest challenges. Our clients range from industry leaders like eBay, easyJet, Just Eat Takeaway, and Pepsico, and we thrive on innovation across social media, influencer marketing, omni-channel (OTT) ad campaigns, augmented reality, AI, and beyond.
About the Role
We’re seeking a bold, AI-native Creative Lead to collaborate with an exciting client. This role demands versatility—expect work from routine BAU deliverables to high-stakes in-person creative sprints and end-to-end global productions. Your broad creative expertise ensures adaptability to diverse briefs.
Working closely with Creatives, Designers, Producers, and strategists, you’ll lead the charge in developing attention-grabbing, award-winning ideas that inspire brands. Communication is key—you’ll engage frequently with internal UK/US stakeholders and clients, balancing fast-paced delivery with exceptional presentation standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate Innovative Campaigns: Craft brilliant, disruptive ideas that align with brand values and captivate audiences.
- Drive Delivery: Ensure projects meet budget, deadline, and creative quality targets.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align creatives, production, and accounts to streamline workflows.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor emerging trends (advertising, media, pop culture) to inform strategies.
- Present Wins: Elevate work for internal & external audiences—clients included.
- Pitch Development: Contribute to new business opportunities, comparing with competitors.
- Innovate: Explore tech & trends (e.g., imaginative AI applications) to expand our offering.
- Mentor Teams: Foster a supporting environment for creatives’ growth and retention.
- Bring Personality: Imagine no-nonsense execution but with a spark of creativity—small details matter!

What We Look For
- AI Fluency: Native/enthusiastic about AI concepts & applications.
- Portfolio: Strong examples of AI/tech-focused campaigns (preferably using tools like ImageGen for visual work).
- Creative Mindset: Passion for motivating teams and pushing creative boundaries.
- Digital Strategy: Hands-on experience with platforms, their opportunities/limitations, and how they impact creative problem-solving.
- Team Approach: Comfortable working internally and with clients; thrives in collaboration.
- Curious Learner: Proactively explores new mediums & tools (e.g., Figma, AI generative tools).
- skim Progress: Can demonstrate scalable process—agile sprints to A/B tests.
