Lead/ Mid-Weight Creative
Creative Positions – Marketing & Technology (London)
This AI-focused role sits within our Marketing & Technology team in London. We combine data, technology, creative, and paid media to solve brands’ business challenges and drive revenue through digital solutions including:
- Social media campaigns
- Influencer marketing
- TTL (big and small screen) ad projects
- Augmented reality
- AI-driven innovation
- Traditional and emerging platforms
Our client roster includes eBay, easyJet, Just Eat Takeaway, and PepsiCo.
About the Role
We’re seeking Creative professionals to join a forward-thinking AI client. The role demands broad creative expertise, enabling you to excel in various challenges—from BAU creative responses to in-person creative sprints and full global productions.
You’ll collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring standout creative deliverables across platforms. Strong communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brilliant, award-winning ideas that resonate with brands
- Craft polished work aligned with brand/brief—on budget, on time
- Work closely with accounts teams for seamless monthly production workflows
- Monitor advertising trends, pop culture, and industry shifts for inspiration
- Present work to internal and external audiences with excellence
- Proactively stay updated on industry advancements
- Foster collaboration with Creative Directors, Heads of Creative, and planners
- Champion detail-oriented craftsmanship
- Contribute to new business pitches
- Drive innovation by exploring tech, emerging platforms, and next-gen approaches

Your Background
Essential Criteria
- Strong interest in AI and deep awareness of AI’s impact
- Comprehensive, tech/ AI-led portfolio—experience with next-gen campaigns
- Bonus: Personal experience with AI image generation
- Passion for supporting fellow creatives as mentor and collaborator
- Digital marketing expertise (platforms, trends, limitations understood)
- Proven team player—able to navigate both agency and client environments
- Curious mind—love of learning, exploring new mediums
- Proficient in Figma
