**HealthHarmonie Minds is growing rapidly, and we’re now seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to help shape this growth.
The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to bridge hands-on clinical leadership with strategic influence.
You’ll:
- Lead our nursing workforce across ADHD, Autism, and wider mental health pathways
- Serve as a key deputy to the Medical Director (Mental Health)
- Represent the service at senior meetings
- Shape new care pathways
- Support expansion across the UK
This isn’t just a leadership title. You’ll have real influence over service design and direct oversight of the nursing team delivering care.

Responsibilities
Your core focus includes:
- Hands-on leadership of the nursing team, ensuring consistent delivery of patient-centred, high-quality care
- Line managing nurses, including:
- Personnel supervision
- Regular appraisals
- Performance development planning
- Team recruitment
- Delivering clinical supervision and supporting NHS staff in:
- NMC revalidation processes
- Ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
- Acting as deputy to the Medical Director for:
- Internal operational meetings
- External commissioning discussions
- Contributing to:
- New treatment pathway design
- Service mobilisation and rollout
- Geographic expansion strategy
- Active participation in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and safeguarding protocols
Requirements
We’re looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with:
- Current NMC registration
- 5+ years’ experience since qualifying
- With a strong clinical focus on mental health
- Proven leadership or management experience
- In and caring for acute or community-based adult or child/adolescent populations
- Independent Prescriber status
- Confidence navigating the balance between:
- Clinical excellence
- Commercial expectations of a growing healthcare organisation
- Exceptional communicative skills, able to foster:
- Frontline team trust
- Alignment with NHS commissioners
