About Us
Medinet Group is a dynamic healthcare organisation delivering high-quality clinical services across the UK. Through our integrated businesses - Medinet (insourcing), HealthHarmonie (community specialist services), and HealthHarmonie Minds (mental health and wellbeing services), we work in partnership with the NHS to improve patient access, reduce waiting times, and drive innovation in care.
HealthHarmonie Minds is growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Nurse to help shape that growth.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on clinical leadership with a genuine seat at the strategic table. You'll lead our nursing workforce across ADHD, Autism, and wider mental health pathways, while acting as a key deputy to our Medical Director (Mental Health), representing the service at senior meetings, shaping new pathways, and supporting our expansion across the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
