We have an exciting opportunity for a new Lead Nurse to join our team.
This new post will provide strategic, clinical and professional nursing leadership for the delivery of high-quality patient safety and a system of care assurance by ensuring that robust systems, policies, procedures, professional guidance, standards and training and education strategies are in place and embedded within our system.
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of expert clinical nursing advice focusing on strengthening links with colleagues across clinical teams, quality improvement and with external partners. There will be a focus on providing care quality and patient safety assurance and delivering improvement.

Requirements
- UK NMC registration
- Master’s degree in a healthcare-related subject or equivalent (SCQF level 11)
- Recognised leader level QI qualification
Responsibilities
- Proven track record in nursing leadership
- Experience of leading quality improvement initiatives
