We have an exciting opportunity for a new Lead Nurse to join our team.
This new post will provide expert input to the digital / IT teams within NHS Golden Jubilee to translate clinical needs into IT requirements. Post holder will function as the senior competent clinical practitioner on a range of corporate workforce and digital projects. Post holder has responsibility for the implementation of the organisation’s strategic approach to specific nursing workforce planning, working closely with key colleagues.
Requirements:
- UK NMC registered
- Master’s degree in healthcare related subject or equivalent (SCQF level 11)
- Recognised leader level QI qualification

Experience:
- Proven track record in nursing leadership
- Experience of leading digital quality improvement initiatives
