About Innovair
Innovair is a robotics-led inspection company delivering advanced inspection services across offshore wind, energy infrastructure, and industrial assets. We develop and deploy robotic inspection systems that deliver safer access, higher-quality data, and actionable insight, redefining how critical assets are inspected.
As Innovair continues to expand its offshore inspection services, we are seeking a Lead Offshore UAV Inspection Pilot to deliver UAV inspection projects across offshore wind and oil & gas assets.
Role Overview
The Lead Offshore UAV Inspection Pilot is responsible for leading the offshore execution of UAV-based inspection projects.
You will deploy UAV systems offshore with minimal supervision, acting as Innovair’s lead UAV specialist on site. The role is hands-on, delivery-focused, and client-facing, with responsibility for safe operation, data quality, and inspection execution in offshore environments.
Why this role exists
Innovair’s offshore UAV inspection activity is increasing across wind and oil & gas projects. This role exists to ensure UAV inspections are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard by an experienced pilot capable of operating independently in offshore environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
