Join GenesisCare UK at an exciting time as we open our brand-new, purpose-built cancer centre in Leeds.

As our Lead Outpatient Nurse, you'll play a key role in establishing and leading a modern outpatient service from day one. Working alongside multidisciplinary colleagues across diagnostics, endoscopy, systemic anti-cancer treatment (SACT) and radiotherapy, you'll help create a service centred on clinical excellence, innovation and an outstanding patient experience.

If you're an experienced nurse with a passion for leadership, service development and delivering exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.

As Lead Outpatient Nurse, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for our outpatient service, supporting diagnostic clinics, endoscopy services and theranostics. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and compassionate delivery of care while leading and developing a high-performing nursing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
