About the Role
Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals (such as renowned permanent attractions & museums, large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, and sports), ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless launches and timely execution, tracking all actions and progress.
- Forge strong, strategic relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs and acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging Fever’s expertise to help them achieve goals.
- Proactively address partner challenges, collaborating with internal teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing growth strategies, and tracking metrics through regular updates and insights.
- Compile comprehensive reports highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements.
- Grow into a team manager role, mentoring Project Managers in leadership, collaboration, and professional development.
- Develop a 360-degree knowledge of all Fever teams and processes.

About You
- 6+ years in project management or management consulting.
- Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of building positive working relationships.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented—ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Curious, innovative, and thrives pushing boundaries with new concepts.
- Strategic thinker when addressing key challenges in partnerships (leveraging proprietary data).
- Collaboration mindset and willingness to get hands dirty.
- MBA is highly valued (but not mandatory).
