We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Performance Coach to deliver high-quality coaching within a thriving members’ club environment. We're looking for a coach who can lead confidently on court, assist with performance strategy, develop grassroots players, and establish themselves as a key figure within both the coaching team and the wider membership. This is a rare opportunity to help create and deliver a brand-new in-house coaching programme — and to put your name to it.

The Head Coach is currently implementing a modernised tennis strategy that will usher in a new chapter for the club. With 1,000+ members, 11 courts, and a newly refurbished clubhouse, this is an exciting moment to join a forward-thinking coaching team and help shape an ambitious performance pathway.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
