Lead Physiologist
The Harley Street Clinic, London
Temporary Role until 31 October 2027

As a Lead Physiologist at The Harley Street Clinic, you’ll combine advanced clinical practice with team leadership, helping to guide a highly skilled physiology service while staying close to the patient care that makes your work meaningful.
You’ll join a well-established cardiology and respiratory team known for its strong collaboration, high retention, and supportive culture. With access to the latest technology, including state of the art Cath Labs and advanced systems, you’ll play a key role in delivering specialist investigations while developing both people and services around you. What you’ll do
- As a Lead Physiologist, you’ll take ownership of a specialist area while supporting the wider physiology service
- Lead and support a team of physiologists, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment
- Perform and interpret a wide range of advanced cardiac and respiratory investigations, acting at independent practitioner level
- Provide expert clinical insight to multidisciplinary teams, contributing to patient diagnosis and care planning
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety and governance across all procedures and equipment
- Support service development, audit activity and the ongoing improvement of clinical practice
What you’ll bring
- You’ll be an experienced physiologist ready to lead, with strong clinical expertise and a collaborative approach
- Accreditation in a recognised clinical physiology discipline such as BSE, IBHRE, ARTP or SCST
- Proven experience working at an advanced level within a cardiac or respiratory physiology setting
- Experience leading, mentoring or supervising colleagues within a clinical team
- Confidence interpreting complex clinical data and communicating findings clearly
- A proactive and organised approach, with a focus on quality, safety and patient centred care
