Role Overview
We're looking for a Lead Tender Planner to join a global planning team and take ownership of planning activities across complex, multidisciplinary tenders. This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for developing and coordinating tender programmes across multiple regions, suppliers and manufacturing locations worldwide. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure all planning inputs are aligned and brought together into a clear, integrated programme.

The role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale international projects while helping drive a more centralised and collaborative approach to tender planning across the global business.
Responsibilities
- Lead all planning and scheduling activities across complex tender opportunities.
- Develop and maintain integrated tender programmes using Primavera P6.
- Act as the main point of contact for all planning-related matters throughout the tender process.
- Coordinate planning inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales and other key stakeholders.
- Consolidate schedules from multiple work packages, suppliers and global locations into one master programme.
- Support client clarification meetings, bid reviews and tender discussions with planning expertise and schedule analysis.
- Facilitate planning reviews and secure stakeholder input and approval.
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, balancing ongoing submissions, clarifications and programme updates.
- Build strong working relationships with teams across different countries, cultures and time zones.

Qualifications / Experience
- Previous planning experience within a complex engineering, EPC, manufacturing, energy or project-based environment.
- Strong Primavera P6 experience is essential.
- Experience developing and managing complex schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to bring together multiple schedules into a single integrated programme.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced tendering environment.
- Knowledge of Pertmaster and/or SAP would be advantageous.
- Previous experience mentoring, coordinating or supporting other planners is desirable.
