Lead Power Systems Modelling Engineer
We are looking for a Lead Power Systems Modelling Engineer to join a team delivering cutting-edge power conversion and electrical power system solutions for critical infrastructure and high-performance applications.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the modelling, analysis, and simulation of electrical power systems using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, DIgSILENT, PSCAD, and similar platforms.
- Provide technical leadership across the full power system lifecycle, from concept and design through to commissioning support.
- Develop equipment specifications and functional design documentation.
- Ensure designs meet relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Support multidisciplinary engineering teams while providing technical guidance throughout project delivery.

What we're looking for:
- Experience with Power Systems Modelling and simulation.
- Knowledge of Power Electronic Converter integration.
- Experience with Power Management Systems (PMS) and/or Enhanced Generator Management Systems (EGMS) is highly desirable.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
