Lead Private Doctor – UHNW Floating Estate (Permanent, £240k GBP Tax-Free)
A prominent ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) principal seeks a discreet Lead Private Doctor for a permanent, full-time role on a private floating estate.
About the Role
The selected highly discreet, sole medical practitioner will provide preventative and acute healthcare management with complete clinical autonomy across Monaco, Italy, and Ibiza (and surrounding Mediterranean locations: Italy, Algarve, Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella).
This is a high-stakes, confidential position that requires independent clinical leadership—unburdened by bureaucratic systems. The role involves supporting a private client as they transition effortlessly between anchorages, ensuring medical readiness at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hospital-grade healthcare on a private floating estate
- Handle preventative and acute medical care in a private, secure environment
- Maintain flawless discretion in a highly confidential context
- Seamlessly manage client healthcare across private estates and travel journeys
- Decide independently without tying-in to traditional healthcare structures

Requirements
Academic & Professional Credentials
- Must hold a verified medical doctorate from:
- UK / Ireland / Australasia (New Zealand / Australia) / North America (USA / Canada) / Europe
- 5+ years of post-specialty clinical experience required
- Core specialism must be in:
- Family Medicine
- Emergency Care
- Internal Medicine
Communication & Professionalism
- Absolute fluency in spoken and written English (essential given the sensitive nature of this role)
