Discreet Lead Private Doctor needed for a UHNW floating estate. Permanent £240k GBP tax-free role with immense clinical autonomy across Monaco, Italy, and Ibiza. A prominent ultra-high-net-worth principal requires the permanent, full-time expertise of a highly discreet sole medical practitioner. This critical appointment centers on providing preventative and acute healthcare management within a strictly private, secure floating estate. Operating with complete clinical autonomy, you will be trusted to uphold hospital-grade standards of care in a highly confidential environment. The principal's travel itinerary encompasses the most exclusive jurisdictions in the Mediterranean. You will be responsible for the medical readiness of the client as they transition seamlessly between private anchorages in Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, and Ibiza. This assignment is perfectly suited for a confident clinical leader who prioritizes independent decision-making, flawless discretion, and bespoke patient management over bureaucratic healthcare systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
