Lead Procurement Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – a few days per week)
Salary: Up to £85,000-£90,000 + 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement professional to join a leading international organisation during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is a highly visible, standalone Procurement leadership role supporting a significant commercial area of the business. Whilst the initial focus will be across Logistics & Distribution, the organisation is looking for exceptional procurement talent rather than a specific category background.
You'll work closely with C-suite and senior business stakeholders, taking ownership of complex commercial agreements, developing sourcing strategies, driving profitability, and identifying opportunities to create value. This role offers the opportunity to build and shape the Procurement capability over time, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure and influencing at the highest level.
Candidates from Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Hospitality, Aviation or other fast-paced commercial environments would be particularly well suited.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
