Lead Procurement Manager – Commercial

About the Role
We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy and impactful. This role focuses on procurement within the Commercial and Corporate functions, with a key emphasis on the Inflight Retail programme and Distribution. As the Lead Procurement Manager – Commercial, you’ll ensure economic and efficient operations behind easyJet’s greatest asset: your customers.

Our Procurement Team oversees external spend across Operations, Commercial, Customer & Marketing, Business, Corporate, Finance, People, Fuel, and IT. We deliver cutting-edge procurement strategies and align with stakeholders to drive value within easyJet.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct spend and market analyses to define procurement strategy
- Develop stakeholder & supplier engagement plans
- Design templates for new and renewed contracts
- Lead full tender processes, ensuring compliance
- Act as a proactive business partner for the Commercial team, advising on procurement strategies
- Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with procurement policies and frameworks
- Secure best-in-class contract terms while minimizing supply chain risk
- Drive cost reduction through strategic category planning and business partnering
Requirements
✔ Demonstrable experience in commercial procurement and category management ✔ Proven success in leading complex procurement projects and negotiations ✔ Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels ✔ Strategic thinking to analyze market trends and create innovative solutions ✔ Experience managing end-to-end tenders and contract scopes ✔ Business acumen and commitment to delivering measurable results ✔ Understanding of revenue streams, particularly how third-party contracts drive revenue and ROI ✔ Preferred: Previous experience in revenue-generating procurement partnerships

Practicalities
- Full-time, 40-hour week, based in Luton
- Hybrid working with 60% office presence per month
