Lead Product Analyst | Strategy | Product Analytics | SQL | Tableau / Power BI | Fully Remote | £80,000-£90,000 + benefits
Method Resourcing have partnered with a growing health-tech organisation that is investing heavily in its Product and Data capabilities. They're now looking for a Lead Product Analyst to establish and own Product Analytics across the business.
This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature analytics function. This is an opportunity to build one.
They're looking for someone who has been there before. Someone who has walked into a small or medium-sized business, assessed the current landscape, defined the strategy, agreed the metrics, aligned stakeholders, and built a product analytics capability from the ground up.
The role: This role sits between Product and Data, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and senior leadership.
- You'll be responsible for defining how product performance is measured across the organisation, creating meaningful KPI's, designing reporting frameworks, and helping product teams move towards evidence-led decision making.
- This is a strategic role as much as a hands-on one. You'll be expected to shape the Product Analytics roadmap, define how teams use data, and advise stakeholders on where product investment can have the greatest impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
