Lead Product Analyst
Lead Product Data Scientist / Product Analyst
Salary: up to £80,000
Location: London or Leicester (2 days per week in office)

The Role
You’ll be the go-to data expert for the product organisation, turning complex user behaviour into actionable insight. Reporting directly to the Director of Data, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape strategy and drive growth.

What you’ll do:
- Use quantitative analysis and data storytelling to uncover user behaviour and product pain points
- Define and align key metrics with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Design and measure experiments, fostering a culture of test-and-learn
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and data tools to give teams fast access to core insights
- Conduct deep dives to support strategic initiatives and deliver clear recommendations
- Curate and maintain a central “Insights Hub” to share learnings across the business

Your Background
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in product analytics
- Strong SQL and DBT skills
- Proficiency in Python (preferred)
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, present insights, and influence product strategy
