Job Description: Lead Product Analyst (Europe & UK Regional Expansion)

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders, to join our Europe & UK Regional Expansion team. You will help drive data-driven decisions that support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in Europe & the UK.


Key Contributions

1. Drive KPI Performance

  • Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to develop KPIs for expansion markets.
  • Monitor the impact of new product features on KPIs.
  • Identify and action opportunities to enhance key team performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.

2. Analytical Leadership in Product Launches

  • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team.
  • Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights.
  • Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team.
  • Contribute to wider company product goals to achieve our mission (Money without borders).

4. Development of Data Assets

  • Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.
  • Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilized by the team to enhance product and customer insights.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in analytical roles.
  • A strong analytical mind and product intuition, specialized in banking and financial services.
  • Technical skills in:
    • Python
    • Advanced SQL
    • BI tools
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams (product managers, engineers, analysts).
  • Relevant experience in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance.
  • Understanding of events data (examples: Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
  • Hustler mentality—initiative to go beyond analysis to achieve actionable outcomes.
