📍 London (Hybrid - 2 days a week)
We're partnering with an exciting, mission-driven health tech company that's building consumer products designed to help people better understand and manage their health. They're at an exciting stage of growth, with an established product, ambitious roadmap and the opportunity to have genuine influence on what comes next.
They're looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end product design function and shape the future of their mobile experience.

You'll be solving complex product problems, designing for real users, and helping shape a product used by thousands of consumers every day.

You'll be working across native iOS and Android experiences, creating intuitive user journeys for data-rich consumer products that combine multiple data sources and emerging AI capabilities.

- Own the end-to-end product design process across mobile and web.
- Design intuitive native iOS and Android experiences for a consumer product.
- Turn user research and product insights into elegant, simple experiences.
- Iterate on live features using customer feedback and product data.
- Help shape product strategy through design thinking and user-centred decision making.
- Champion high-quality design across the business.

🙌🏼 Requirements
You'll have:
- Experience designing complex consumer products (not marketing websites or internal tools).
- Experience designing native iOS and Android apps.
- Strong experience across complex B2C (business-to-consumer) digital products.
- A portfolio demonstrating products that have shipped and evolved through multiple iterations.
- Confidence in owning design in a fast-moving environment with autonomy.
- An interest in data-rich products, AI-enabled experiences, or technically challenging products is a plus.
