Position: Fintech Design Leader
- Fun Size Hybrid Role: Lead small teams while staying hands-on.
- Key Stakeholders: Work directly with Product Design Engineers (PDEs) on Client & Worker experience (Web & Mobile).

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 8+ years in Product Design (Lead/Staff lever).
- 3+ years exceptionally designing independently.
- 2+ years managing design teams.
- AI Savviness:
- Curiosity about AI & fintech technologies.
- Portfolio with AI-assisted features, AI workflows, or accurate AI adoption.
- Fintech/Neo-Bank Speed: Thrived in fast-scaling, tech-savvy environments.
- Polished Craft: Mastery in interaction and visual design.
- B2B + Consumer Balance: Secure across both fields.
- Mobile Domesticity: Moving comfortably in mobile design.
- Fintech Bonus: Background in financial products/novel payments appreciated.
