Lead Product Designer

Lead Product Designer at ENSEK

ENSEK builds the cloud-native SaaS software that's transforming how energy retailers operate, innovate and manage at scale. We help retailers lower operating costs, improve billing accuracy for consumers, and enhance customer experience through automation and AI-driven insight, all underpinned by modern, cloud-native architecture. We're at an exciting inflection point as we scale at pace towards new international horizons. If you're driven by solving complex, real-world problems and want to build modern technology that accelerates the global energy transition, this role is for you.

About The Role

As a Lead Product Designer at ENSEK, you will shape how customers interact with our core B2B platform, defining experience strategy across some of our most important and complex product areas.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end experience strategy across the platform's highest-priority cross-domain journeys.
  • Drive experience improvements that support company goals and deliver measurable customer and business impact.
  • Lead discovery in ambiguous problem spaces, identifying opportunities and shaping solutions before requirements are fully defined.
  • Map, optimise, and simplify complex user journeys across a multifaceted B2B platform.
  • Design AI-assisted workflows, including feedback loops, human-in-the-loop experiences, trust mechanisms, and explainability patterns.
  • Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and collaborative sessions to surface insights and inform decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to advocate for exceptional user experiences.
  • Act as a role model within the Design team, mentoring designers and contributing to the growth and maturity of the function.
  • Help establish and champion best practices, design standards, and user-centred thinking across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
