ROLE PROFILE

The WHY

The Lead Product Developer & Designer is a hands-on leader working closely with the Creative & Product Director and wider Product team.

The role is responsible for translating the seasonal creative vision into exceptional luxury womenswear collections through best-in-class product development and technical execution. Leading the end-to-end development process, you will ensure every style delivers the highest standards of fit, quality, craftsmanship, and commerciality.

Working cross-functionally with Creative, Sourcing, Production, and Merchandising, you will drive product from concept to production, managing supplier development, technical refinement, and critical path delivery. Whilst the primary focus of the role is product development, you will play an integral role in supporting the Founder & Creative Director throughout the design development process. This includes creating and refining CADs, developing technical drawings, evolving product details, and ensuring creative concepts are translated into beautifully executed luxury products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
