Lead Product Engineer (Top Proprietary Trading Firm)
Hands-on Product Engineering Team Lead
We're working with a leading crypto-native technology company looking for an experienced Product Engineering Team Lead.
This isn't a traditional middle-management role. The ideal candidate will:
- Lead a small team of engineers
- Own technical direction for both customer-facing and internal products used globally by thousands of users
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and Head of Product on architecture, engineering standards, and product strategy
- Stay hands-on with modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and Go

- Demonstrate proficiency across Python/Go, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Have experience building scalable, data-intensive products
- Balance leadership of engineers while maintaining hands-on technical work
- Operate at the intersection of Product and Engineering
