Lead Product Manager – Strategic Technology & Digital Transformation

We're on the lookout for a Lead Product Manager to drive transformative change within a business where digital transformation isn’t just a priority—it’s a board-level obsession.

This is a role for someone who excels at making impactful things happen. The successful candidate will blend commercial acumen with deep technical understanding, shaping how digital platforms, e-commerce, business systems, integrations, data, and customer-facing technologies deliver tangible results.

Your journey could include:

  • Defining the digital roadmap for an entire organisation
  • Optimising customer experiences through strategic tech redesigns
  • Launching AI-led solutions and automation initiatives
  • Building an internal development capability from the foundations up

Key Responsibilities

Maximum autonomy for someone ready to take ownership:

  • Lead teams, steer stakeholders, and partner with external vendors to ensure technology delivers measurable business value
  • Oversee race across multiple technology domains: platforms, systems, integrations, and data solutions
  • Simultaneously focus on high-level strategy and hands-on delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
