Digital Product Lead | Remote (UK) | £85,000–£105,000 + EMI Equity
I'm partnering with an exciting, venture-backed consumer technology company that's redefining how millions of people engage with digital wellbeing. Already profitable, with a global user base in the millions and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a Digital Product Lead to own the strategy, vision and evolution of their flagship digital product.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, senior team where you'll have genuine ownership, influence product direction at the highest level, and help build the Product function as the company continues to scale.
The Opportunity
As Digital Product Lead, you'll own the "what" and "why" behind the product. You'll combine product analytics, customer research and rigorous experimentation to identify the highest-impact opportunities, shape product strategy, and take ideas from insight through to validated prototypes and delivery. Working closely with founders and engineering, you'll define the roadmap, prioritise initiatives and ensure the team is always focused on solving the right problems.
For simpler initiatives, you'll also have the opportunity to take concepts through to production-ready designs before handing over to engineering.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the long-term product vision and roadmap, balancing business priorities, customer needs and commercial goals.
- Own product analytics across funnels, retention, engagement and subscription performance, using insights to identify opportunities and shape product decisions.
- Design, run and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, using data to inform future product direction.
- Turn customer insights, analytics and behavioural data into clearly defined product problems and opportunity areas before validating solutions through rapid prototyping and testing.
- Create prototypes and test plans before development begins.
- Work closely with engineering, founders and stakeholders to deliver high-impact product improvements.
- Where appropriate, design user flows, journeys and interfaces for simpler product features.
- Brief and manage specialist designers for more complex UX and UI projects.
- Champion a highly data-driven, experimentation-led product culture.
- Leverage AI tools (particularly Claude or similar) to accelerate research, documentation, product thinking and delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
