Senior Product Manager (Enterprise) - £95,000 – £115,000 | London | Hybrid

In Product is partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS business building mobile-first tools for large distributed workforces globally.

This is a high-ownership product role sitting on the company's most strategically important enterprise accounts - customers who directly fund dedicated engineering squads. You'll have real influence over the focus for the squads, what gets built, and how the product evolves for some of the most operationally complex organisations the business serves.

This is a role for someone who wants to operate close to the customer and close to leadership, rather than sit several layers back from either.

💜 The Product

The platform unifies communication, workflow, and operational tooling for large distributed workforces.

The team is currently focused on:

  • Expanding beyond communication into operations and workforce management
  • Building new native capabilities, including learning and workforce insights tooling
  • Solving product-at-scale challenges for organisations with user bases in the hundreds of thousands to millions
  • Deepening the platform's role in day-to-day operations for its largest accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As a Senior Product Manager your work will be balanced between new strategic product development and ongoing platform evolution at significant scale.

💜 The Team & Culture

You'll be joining a product function that's still relatively young - structured product processes were only introduced within the last two years, and there's real scope to shape how product operates as the team scales.

The team works in autonomous squads spanning web, mobile, and backend, with a deliberately flat structure and minimal management layers.

This is a founder-led business. You'll be expected to be in the room with senior leadership, hold your own point of view, and be comfortable challenging decision making at a company wide level.

The environment is fast-paced and high-visibility - contribution is transparent across the team, and everyone is expected to drive, not just execute.

The Experience We're Looking For 👇

  • Strong B2B product experience, ideally with some B2C sensibility, given the scale and breadth of end users involved.
  • You must be comfortable managing and influencing enterprise stakeholders, including pushing back when needed.
  • Confident operating across two client-facing engineering squads without heavy structural support
  • Genuine experience solving problems at scale - not just early-stage or greenfield product work
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute - this isn't a role for ideas without delivery depth

We're looking for someone who wants to be a driver in a high-performance environment, not someone looking for a quieter pace.
