About the role

We are looking for a strong Lead Product Manager to help shape and scale the online Clothing experience at Tesco. Clothing is a key growth area where customers expect a fashion-led, premium feel first, with value as a strong secondary driver. Our ambition is to make Tesco Clothing a trusted destination for style, delivering a premium, fashion-led experience at scale. You will play a critical role in creating inspiring, elevated digital experiences that bring our fashion proposition to life - from discovery through to outfit building and purchase. You will also lead how we use AI to personalise experiences, predict trends, and continuously improve the customer journey at scale.

You will be responsible for

  • Own Clothing product areas end-to-end with clear impact on CX, conversion, and growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams across discovery, browsing, and shopping journeys
  • Improve key journeys - inspiration, product discovery, outfit building, size and fit, checkout, and returns
  • Use AI to drive predictive insights - trends, demand signals, and customer behaviour
  • Apply AI-driven personalisation across search, recommendations, and styling inspiration
  • Drive experimentation and optimisation - test, learn, and scale what works
  • Partner with Design, Brand, and Content teams to create a fashion-led, visually rich, premium experience
  • Define and track success metrics from engagement to conversion and returns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
