Lead Product Manager (Compliance Technology Operations)
Charles River Investment Compliance Technology Lead
Own Charles River Investment Compliance for a Global Asset Manager UK | Hybrid | Global Asset Manager £140k + £30k Bonus, 15% Pension, 30 Days Holiday, Full Family Health Cover (+)
This role needs a Director-level leader to own and evolve its Investment Compliance Technology capability within Charles River. The mandate is:
- Lead the future-state strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compliance capabilities
- Oversee a major transition from on-prem Charles River to SaaS
- Bridge investment compliance, trading technology, product, architecture, and engineering
- Transform regulatory, operational, and investment workflow requirements into scalable, resilient, production-grade systems

REQUIREMENTS
- Deep Charles River / CRD experience within Investment Compliance
- Led Investment Compliance Technology on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS)
- Strong stakeholder credibility with:
- Compliance
- Trading
- Portfolio Management
- Technology
- Expertise in:
- SaaS migration, platform modernisation
- Operational model shift from self-managed on-prem to managed SaaS
- CRD operating model experience (SaaS deployment on Microsoft Azure)
- End-to-end tech delivery leadership at scale
- Built and developed high-performing teams
- Capital markets technology background
- Experience in complex front-office/investment platform deliveries
- Leadership skills:
- Lead teams
- Shape roadmaps
- Challenge demand
- Understand the technical detail
