Lead Product Manager - Cyber Data Intelligence Platform

About the role

As Lead Product Manager for Tesco’s Cyber Data team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we use data and AI to protect our business. You’ll build and lead a small but high-impact team of Product Managers, driving a clear strategy that connects directly to our wider cyber data objectives. You’ll own your products end-to-end, from defining the vision and roadmap to tracking key metrics and delivering measurable impact.

This role is as much about people as it is about products—you’ll inspire, empower, and grow your team to deliver value at scale. While you may start by rolling up your sleeves with user stories and backlogs, your ultimate mission is to create an environment where your team can thrive, innovate, and transform the way Tesco approaches cyber data. You’ll also be the voice of your products to senior leadership, ensuring they see the full picture and the business value you’re driving.

You will be responsible for

Business Conduct & Risk Responsibilities

  • Follow Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence in all decisions.
  • Take ownership of specific risk responsibilities related to cyber data products.

Product Strategy

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for cyber data analytics and AI initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with overall cyber data strategic objectives and priorities.

Product Roadmap

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, communicating vision, goals, and key initiatives for cyber data analytics and AI products.

Product Development & Releases

  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, defining product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage releases for new features and improvements, coordinating with security engineering, testing, and infrastructure teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
