About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own our onboarding, retention, and engagement strategy end to end.

This is a hands on leadership role sitting at the intersection of Product and Marketing, bringing focus and coordination to one of our highest impact growth areas. You’ll lead a small team of PMs while partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering to drive measurable business outcomes across the user journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast moving environments, brings clarity to ambiguity, and knows how to align teams around execution and results.

Things You Will Do Own and evolve our product led growth strategy across onboarding, retention, and engagement Define and drive a measurable roadmap focused on activation, user adoption, and long term retention Align stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering Lead and coach 1 to 2 Product Managers working across growth initiatives Partner with Data teams to identify friction points, opportunities, and key behavioural insights Collaborate with Marketing and PMM on shared initiatives, messaging, and KPIs Design, run, and evaluate experiments to validate and optimise growth initiatives Drive accountability, prioritisation, and execution discipline across the roadmap Act as the go to product leader for growth initiatives across the business

What You Already Bring to the Table Strong PLG experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through optimisation Clear track record of improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention through product initiatives Hands on experience running A/B tests and analysing experiment outcomes High data fluency with the ability to use metrics and insights to inform decision making Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems for different audiences Experience leading and developing Product Managers with a coaching mindset Proven ability to influence cross functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority Comfortable operating at the intersection of Product and Marketing Operationally strong, highly organised, and outcome focused with a bias toward action
