Lead Product Manager
Lead Product Manager
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
About Verifymy
Verifymy is a Trust & Safety technology business dedicated to safeguarding children and society online. We provide frictionless, trustworthy Age Assurance, Identity Verification, and Content Moderation solutions to help platforms maintain their integrity, protect their reputation, and meet their regulatory obligations.
Our products serve platforms across social media, marketplaces, gaming, adult content, and other age-gated or regulated industries. We count marquee clients such as eBay, Google, Microsoft, and Snap Inc among our partners.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a product-minded Lead Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap across our content moderation, age assurance, and identity verification capabilities.
You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative computer vision and verification solutions, work closely with engineering and ML teams to advance our AI capabilities, and shape the future of digital content safety, all while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements including the Online Safety Act, Ofcom’s codes of practice, and international age verification standards.
This role sits at the intersection of product, compliance, and technology. You’ll be equally comfortable defining detection model requirements as you are navigating the regulatory landscape around CSAM, age-gated content, and platform accountability. If you’ve worked in trust & safety, compliance, content moderation, or identity verification and want to shape how regulated platforms protect their users, this is a rare opportunity.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 4+ years of product management experience, including time in a senior or lead capacity
- Experience shipping B2B SaaS products and a demonstrable track record of delivery
- Some experience with or strong interest in trust & safety, content moderation, identity verification, or adjacent compliance technology
- Awareness of the regulatory landscape for online safety (e.g. Online Safety Act, Ofcom); deep regulatory expertise can be developed in the role
- Working knowledge of API-first product development and platform integrations
- Comfortable working alongside engineering and ML teams, with a willingness to develop technical knowledge on the job
- Familiarity with modern software architecture, APIs, and cloud-based systems
- Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts, content safety challenges, and regulatory requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience shipping a product from 0 to 1. You have taken a new product or feature from concept through to launch in a previous role, and can speak to the decisions, trade-offs, and lessons learned along the way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
