We're hiring two Lead Product Managers with the same scope, level, and expectations, supporting two different product domains: Hire & Onboard and Benefits.

Whether focused on Hire & Onboard or Benefits, you'll lead customer-facing experiences, internal tools, and operational workflows that help companies employ talent globally with confidence, compliance, and simplicity.
You are an AI-first product thinker, comfortable applying automation and AI to solve meaningful customer and operational challenges. You bring strong product judgment, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to balance user needs, regulatory complexity, and business outcomes.
In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of product strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership. You'll drive complex initiatives in partnership with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams. Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders are essential to success.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve hiring and onboarding outcomes, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Use data and insights (quantitative and qualitative) to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded into product development without compromising usability or speed.
- Continuously improve product processes, contributing to best practices across the wider Product organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
