The Role: Lead Product Manager
CreateFuture seeks a **collaborative, pragmatic Lead Product Manager to help define and develop a broad portfolio of products across diverse industries, technologies, and domains.
Key Responsibilities
Product Managers at CreateFuture work closely with senior leadership, internal design/engineering teams, and our clients to shape and implement product strategies that align with client visions. Work spans research, discovery, development, delivery, and continuous iteration.
As we scale, we’re investing in a Lead Product Manager to:
- ** Lead client engagements** across multi-faceted industries, providing strategic direction.
- ** Develop and mentor** a team of Product Managers, embedding best practices and fostering growth.
- ** Coach clients** through digital transformation journeys, forging long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- ** Shape Product Management as a discipline**, refining ways of working with the team.
- ** Represent CreateFuture internally**, collaborate with Head of Product Operations, and support recruitment.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Report to the Head of Product Operations, while championing team growth and client alignment. 🔹 Lead and cultivate a team of Product Managers, including hiring and career development. 🔹 Embed and refine career pathways using CreateFuture’s development framework. 🔹 Act as a mentor and escalation point, resolving internal and external bottlenecks. 🔹 Facilitate resourcing of Product Managers on client projects and assess training needs. 🔹 Guide clients through digital transformation, ensuring meaningful, enduring outcomes. 🔹 Drive process improvements to optimise our Product Management workflows.
About You
Essential Requirements
- A deep-rooted passion for Product Management, ensuring continuous learning and experimentation.
- Recent experience leading product-focused engagements with demonstrable client impact.
- Profound knowledge of Product Management frameworks (e.g., discovery-driven, Agile, user-centric approaches).
- Commitment to developing all talent, from junior to senior-level peers.
- Hands-on experience in product research and evidence-based decision-making.
- Ability to leverage data to shape direction and align with client north stars (overarching goals).
- Background in an agency or consultancy role, preferring high-resolution cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of web/mobile technologies and delivery practices.
- Elite skills in facilitating client workshops, translating ideas, and communicating outcomes clearly.
