  • Develop and maintain:
    • Product Backlogs

    • Acceptance Criteria
  • Drive prioritization decisions based on business value, operational efficiency, risk reduction, regulatory requirements, and client outcomes.

  • Support testing, implementation, deployment, and production readiness activities.
  • Define and enhance future-state operating models, workflows, governance structures, and control frameworks.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams and leadership teams.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Corporate Actions Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise across Corporate Actions event types, including:
    • Dividends

    • Reorganizations
    • Rights Issues
    • Tender Offers
    • Elections
    • Entitlement Processing
  • Support the definition and documentation of business rules governing event processing and eligibility determination.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify process improvements and drive standardization across markets and event types.
  • Ensure solutions support regulatory obligations, operational controls, and client servicing requirements.
  • Contribute to operational resiliency, processing accuracy, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
