Production Lead – Engineering Team
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead the Production/Manufacturing function, driving the transition of products from prototype and first-article stages through to full serial production for both internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing and leading the manufacturing function
- Ensuring successful transition of products from prototype to serial production
- Oversight of manufacturing operations, including:
- Production planning
- Capacity management
- Process development
- Tooling and equipment
- Workforce growth
- Implementing manufacturing documentation, assembly procedures, configuration control and quality assurance processes
- Collaborating closely with engineering teams for efficient product delivery while maintaining high production standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Proven experience transitioning products from prototype to serial production
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment (highly desirable)
- Strong background in establishing and scaling manufacturing operations
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Manufacturing planning
- Capacity planning
- Production scheduling
- Experience implementing robust manufacturing documentation and control systems
- Strong understanding of:
- Quality management
- Production assurance processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
