Job Description
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within GE Vernova's PCS business, managing scope, budget, schedule, and stakeholder relationships from contract award through to successful handover. You'll work across internal functions and with customers to ensure that every project you own is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery end-to-end − managing cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk for a portfolio of complex contracts within the PCS business.
- Drive customer relationships − act as the primary point of contact for your customers throughout the project lifecycle, resolving issues proactively and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop your team − coach and support project professionals, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and shared success.
- Manage risk and change − identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes in accordance with contractual obligations to protect margin and programme integrity.
- Collaborate across functions − work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Field Services to ensure aligned execution and on-time delivery.
- Report with confidence − produce accurate and timely project performance reporting, including earned value analysis (EVA), forecasting, and governance gate reviews for senior stakeholders.

About You
You are an experienced project leader with a track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a technical or industrial environment. You bring both the commercial acumen to protect project margin and the interpersonal skill to build trust with customers and teams alike.
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience in project management, with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex technical or engineering projects.
- Experience managing project financials − including budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong stakeholder management skills − able to influence and communicate clearly at all levels, including with customers and senior leadership.
- Experience leading or developing others in a project delivery environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent).

Nice-To-Have Qualifications
- Experience in power conversion, electrical systems, marine, or energy sectors.
- Exposure to contract management and commercial negotiation.
- A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is nice to have − but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
