About the Role
Digital Turbine is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Publisher Account Manager to join our successful EMEA Publisher Team. This pivotal role involves managing strategic mobile app publishers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring they maximize the value of Digital Turbine's monetization suite, including DT Exchange, Offer Wall, and FairBid Mediation. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong, impactful relationships with key mobile publishers.
As the primary owner of a portfolio of strategic publisher accounts, specifically focusing on the European markets, you will be responsible for the full client lifecycle and overall partnership success.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our top strategic EMEA mobile app publishers across both Western and Eastern European clients
- Performance & Growth: Own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to troubleshooting, ultimately driving performance growth and retention
- Strategic Consultation: Provide expert strategic guidance and day-to-day support to maximize publisher success and revenue generation
- Upselling: Proactively identify and lead upsell initiatives for new Digital Turbine products and integrations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance) on account setup, optimization, QA, and invoicing
- Data Analysis & Insights: Proactively analyse account data, delivering clear, actionable performance insights to both internal and external stakeholders
- Problem Resolution: Resolve technical and business challenges efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining transparent client communication
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to organizational best practices by sharing relevant market knowledge, trends, and case studies with internal teams

What You Bring
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the ad tech industry is highly desirable, ideally within account management, client services, or customer success
- Ad Tech Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of the mobile ad tech ecosystem, including RTB, programmatic, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation platforms
- Mobile Industry Knowledge: A working understanding of the mobile app industry, particularly in the utility and gaming verticals
- Commercial Acumen: A strong drive for identifying growth opportunities and successfully selling DT’s product suite to a diverse client base
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Language: Fluency in English is essential; a second European language is a distinct advantage
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel
- Communication & Presentation: Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to senior-level clients and internal stakeholders; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex data or technical issues
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organised, goal-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving, collaborative environment
